Privacy notice
This notice covers what Willow Creek Media Inc. ("we") gathers on Playground Equipment, why we do it, who receives it, and your choices. The notice applies to visitors from each US state, and it includes rights granted under the California Consumer Privacy Act as changed by the CPRA, plus privacy laws in Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah and Texas.
What We Collect
- The quote form asks who the playground is for, which state you are in, your name, your email, how many children, when you want it, your budget note and any extra notes, plus the page you sent it from; add your phone only if you wish.
- Server logs record each page address requested, the time, your IP address, the connection region, and your device and browser type.
- On your own device: our cost estimate and grants finder save your latest answers in local browser storage. Your device keeps it, and it never reaches us.
We do not use tracking cookies, advertising tags, or third-party analytics tools.
Uses of Your Information
We pass your playground request to dealers able to quote it, keep the site running and secure, and check which pages people use.
Dealers and Service Providers: What We Share
Playground Equipment is a lead generator. We pass your request to playground equipment dealers and manufacturers' representatives once you send the quote form. Under some state privacy laws, sharing a request with them for a fee may count as selling or sharing your information. We also hire hosting and storage providers who handle data for us under contract.
Your Rights
State laws may let you request what we hold, plus copies, corrections, or deletion of your data. You can also tell us not to sell or share it. Exercising these rights will not change how we treat you. From the address you used, email hello@playgroundequipment.works, or go to the Do Not Sell or Share page. With your signed permission, an authorized agent may ask for you. Reply to our answer to appeal any request we turn down.
Keeping Your Information
Quote requests stay on file while a project is quoted, then only as long as required to answer questions about that request or meet a legal duty; server logs remain only as long as site operation and security need. You may ask us to delete your request at any time.
Children
This site serves adults planning a playground. Information from children under 13 is not knowingly collected by us.
